Description: This boat hull is over 26ft long not counting the swim platform or the bow pulput. As you walk up to this boat and even before you step on the rear swim deck prior to boarding through the transom entrance you get a glimmer of the unusual quality you are looking at. This boat was ordered with all the high end extras from the ample teak wood trimming throughout to the 5.7 Merc Cruiser with 16 in. prop to the extra appointments in the cabin.. This Sea Ray is a 1983 260 Express model. It is 26ft 3in long with an 8ft beam for tighter turns and a 28in draft to the bottom of the propellers. Upon passing over the transom on your left are 2 long, large size teak trimmed fold down bench seats for passengers. Below deck at this point is your boats engine and the start of your capias storage. This boat has more storage than most I have seen. Directly in front of you on either side is a rear facing seat to watch the skiers/tubers, in front of that is the Captains positions with assortment of motor control instruments, radios, depth finders etc. and of course the compass. In between the seats which are placed to either side of the boat is more storage under the seats and under the deck. Continuing into the cabin we pass through a doorway of which the left side will open up to to provide additional light and ventilation into the cabin. On the left is the eating nook with storage against the hull and under the seats, which by night is the sleeping area for 2 children or 1 adult. Now in front of you occupying the entire bow and then some is a spacious sleeping area for a adult couple or 4 kids this is separated from the main cabin area by sliding doors and a sliding partition, there is also storage in numerous places. Coming back on the captains side now is the food preparation area which contains a sink with hot and cold water, a 2 burner stove and under the counter is the refrigerator with freezer. Once again plenty of storage. The door on the left is to the bathroom, unusually large containing a sink and commode. It would make a good dressing area.
